# The Eisenhower Matrix

Sort what's in front of you by urgency and importance. Add a task, choose where it sits, and watch which quadrant fills up.

Tip: click a quadrant's header to expand its strategy. If blue and yellow stay full while green stays empty, you're firefighting — the important-but-not-urgent work that actually compounds is getting crowded out.
